About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation through to operational handover
  • Collaborate with global business leaders to define requirements and deliver impactful IT solutions
  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious project execution
  • Apply Agile and other methodologies to optimize project outcomes and team performance
  • Oversee project governance, risk management, and compliance with GxP and data privacy standards
  • Present project updates and risks to senior stakeholders and steering committees
  • Drive change management and adoption of new tools and practices across the business

Essential Requirements

  • University degree in Informatics, Computer Sciences, Life Sciences or equivalent experience
  • Proven expertise in Agile project delivery within global environments
  • Experience in Pharma or IT industry with GxP-compliant solution delivery
  • Strong command of project methodologies including ICE, PRINCE2, Agile, and Waterfall
  • Solid understanding of data technologies and their business applications
  • Ability to engage diverse stakeholders across business, IT, and quality functions

Desirable Requirements

  • Familiarity with drug research, development, or commercialization portfolios
  • Program or Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
