Major accountabilities:

• Lead the deployment of Tax LDC Releases business processes in a standardized and scalable manner.
• Collaborate with functional team members to understand and execute the agreed scope of tax.
• Work with Tax Regional Adopt Lead to ensure seamless interaction of expertise areas and activities above country.
• Adhere to the Tax LDC template and the confirmed LSTRs in the Deployment process area.
• Identify, assess, mitigate and escalate Tax risks of business implementations with the Business or Function Process Leads, and monitor any locally triggered projects.
• Engage with internal stakeholders on Tax functional and deployment deliverables.
• Perform user acceptance testing to enable local organization endorsement and ensure positive "Go" decision.
• Facilitate effective collaboration between Functional and Business experts (e.g. country, NOCC, HUB, etc.) to achieve sustainable Tax process solutions.
• Monitor the progress and quality of the Final Tax Adopt activities in VN and provide timely feedback to LDC Regional Tax Adopt Team.
• Ensure that Tax risks and issues are properly identified, assessed, mitigated and escalated as needed.

• Tax in-house management and execution.
