About the Role
Major Accountabilities
- Supports the development and execution of a high-quality medical strategy for disease areas and brand vision throughout their lifecycle, at a global/regional or national level.
- Contributes to the design and implementation of innovative medical affairs plans that address medical needs, including the generation of RWE/evidence, HEOR, digital technology, innovative education, and scientific communication, etc., or co-creates the GMA plan that provides relevant insights if part of the global team, and shapes regional or country activities to address local needs in line with the global strategy.
- Collaborates with senior leaders from different functions and other relevant external partners to support medical product plans, clinical development, scientific communications, and medical expert engagement plans.
- Ensures the design and execution of all medical activities in accordance with P3 compliance guidelines.
- Maintains and drives medical and scientific excellence standards in the world/region/country through recruitment, training development, and technical development of associates.
Key Performance Indicators
- Supports the development and implementation of strategic and operational Global Medical Affairs TA programs, with a focus on innovative evidence and/or launch readiness and/or post-marketing solutions, including medical affairs planning and execution of the medical/scientific engagement strategy.
- Provides medical/scientific/evidence generation inputs during the design and throughout the end-to-end execution of programs.
- Provides inputs for the development and execution of the Integrated Evidence Plan (IEP)/specific functional programs to maximize the value proposition for the prioritized launch portfolio and the impact of our medicines.
Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree in health science, Medicine or related areas.
- Experience in the industry in related roles as MSL for a minimum of 3-5 years, having worked before with allergologists.
- Knowledge of allergies, (Asthma, food allergies, urticaria).
- Advanced English
